• Consultations are conducted remotely via secure electronic communication, without a physical examination.
• This Medical Consultation may be limited in its ability to fully assess certain conditions, in some cases, an in-person evaluation may be necessary.

2. Scope and Limitations

• Smart GP does not provide emergency services. In emergencies, patients should call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department.
• Not all conditions can be diagnosed or Planned through this service. You may be referred for in-person care if needed.

3. Accuracy of Information

• You confirm that all medical and personal information provided is accurate and complete.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the advice or treatment you receive.

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Your health records are stored securely and only accessible to authorized medical personnel.

5. Consent to Treatment

• You authorize Smart GP’s healthcare providers to assess, diagnose, and plan your steps Through this consultation
• You may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing the use of our services.

6. Refunds Policy.

• Sick Certificates: Issuance of a sick certificate is at the sole discretion of the doctor. Failure to receive a certificate does not entitle the user to a refund.

• Conduct: No refunds will be issued in cases of aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards our medical professionals. In such cases, the consultation will be immediately terminated at the sole discretion of the attending doctor.
