  • Smart GP does not provide emergency services. In emergencies, patients should call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department.
  • Not all conditions can be diagnosed or treated via telemedicine. You may be referred for in-person care if needed.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • You confirm that all medical and personal information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the advice or treatment you receive.

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Your health records are stored securely and only accessible to authorized medical personnel.

5. Consent to Treatment

  • You authorize Smart GP’s healthcare providers to assess, diagnose, and treat you via telemedicine.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing the use of our services.
