Standard hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM): €45
Out of hours (Mon-Fri, 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM): €55
Weekends and Public Holidays (Sat-Sun, 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM): €60

Under Irish law, we cannot sell medications online. However, if our doctors determine that a treatment is suitable for you, we can send it to your preferred pharmacy. You can pick up your medication directly from an Irish Pharmacy

Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll connect with one of our doctors at the scheduled time, either through a video consultation or a phone call, depending on your choice.

Yes! Our doctors are available to assist you at any time, day or night, with both video and telephone consultations.

Absolutely. Our doctors are fully licensed and registered with the Irish Medical Council. You’ll receive professional care in line with medical standards and ethical guidelines, LegitScript Certified, ensuring your treatment is safe and reliable.

Once you request a consultation, you will be contacted by our doctor at the scheduled time. If you requested a treatment, the details will be sent to your pharmacy within a few hours if approved.

We are unable to offer consultations or medical advice to individuals outside the Republic of Ireland. This includes consultations, treatments, sick notes, and referrals.

Our doctors are based across Ireland and provide care remotely. All are registered with the Irish Medical Council and work according to professional standards.

SmartGP.ie is a 24/7 telehealth service providing online video and phone consultations with licensed General Practitioners across Ireland.

Yes, all our doctors are experienced, licensed General Practitioners registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC).

Yes, our Video and Phone Doctor services are available nationwide across Ireland.

Depending on your health insurance plan, you may be able to claim back part of the consultation fee. Please check with your health insurer for details.

SmartGP.ie is not suitable for emergencies. Our doctors can assess and treat minor ailments, or refer you to a hospital or specialist if necessary.
No, you don’t need to register. You can book an appointment directly via our website or contact our team.
With your consent, we can send a copy of your medical notes to your regular GP. If you do not have a GP, we can send the notes directly to you for your personal records.
We can only refer you to A&E
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other patients.
We accept payment via debit or credit card at the time of booking.
