2.2. Accuracy of medical information: Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate details about their health.

2.3. Code of Conduct
• Users must maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during consultations.
• Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior towards medical professionals or staff will result in the immediate termination of the consultation without a refund.
• Repeated violations may result in the denial of future access to the platform.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

3.1. Medical responsibility:
• Consultations are based on the information provided by the user. SmartGP.ie is not liable for diagnostic or treatment errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• SmartGP.ie services do not replace in-person medical evaluations when necessary.

3.2. Improper use of the service:
• We are not responsible if the service is used for conditions requiring emergency attention or beyond the scope of our medical practice.
• Users are responsible for following medical advice and properly using treatment

3.3. Technical interruptions or failures:
• SmartGP.ie is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, network failures, or events beyond our control.

3.4. Exclusion of warranties:
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the medical services provided. Use of the service is at the user’s own risk.

5.3. Delivery errors: SmartGP.ie is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect address details provided by the user.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1. Payment methods:

• Users can make payments through the following secure methods:

• Over the phone, through a secure payment link provided by our team.

• Refunds are available only if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance or if the service could not be provided due to issues attributable to SmartGP.ie.
• No refunds will be issued in cases of aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior towards our medical professionals. In such cases, the consultation will be immediately terminated at the sole discretion of the attending doctor.
